Welcome to the 2026 edition of the Children’s International Film Festival!
This year, we present our biggest festival ever, with 30 brilliant kids films from around the world screening across Australian cinemas this June and July.
CHIFF is specially programmed with children in mind and caters to small cinephiles from ages three to 12, with age recommendations listed for each film in the program.
Catch a special presentation of The Last Whale Singer or Toy Story 5, and discover brilliant animation from afar in Papaya, Little Amélie or the Character of Rain and My Life in Versailles. Go on an adventure with Momo, Curly Burly or Kayara, and get your fix of cute and cuddly with Pol the Pirate Mouse, Mumbo Jumbo or Emma & Thomas.
